Babita Premium provides access to premium companion features for the displayed subscription period. Please review this policy before authorizing a trial or subscription.

1. General Policy

Paid trials and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Babita AI under the exceptions below.

2. Trials and Auto-Renewals

  • The trial charge, duration, renewal amount, and billing frequency are shown before payment.
  • A paid trial automatically renews under the approved mandate unless canceled before renewal.
  • Renewal transactions are non-refundable, and no partial or pro-rata refunds are provided after cancellation.
  • Canceling stops future charges while preserving access through the current paid period.

3. Refund Exceptions

We may approve a refund for:

  • Duplicate transactions: A system error charged the same subscription more than once.
  • Technical failure: A confirmed system-side issue prevented delivery of purchased access.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. Platform Store Purchases (Google Play & Apple App Store)

If you subscribed directly via Google Play or the Apple App Store, billing and refund requests are subject to the applicable platform store terms:
