What is Babita?

Babita is an AI-powered virtual companion app designed for entertaining, friendly, and engaging conversations. The companion adapts to your chats, responds naturally, and remembers conversational context.

Are the AI characters real people?

No. All characters are virtual, simulated AI personalities. They do not have consciousness, real-world presence, or physical form. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence.

Who can use this app?

The app is designed for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Can I use the app for professional therapy or medical advice?

No. The app is strictly for entertainment and companionship. The AI is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Chatting & Custom Personas

How does the chat work?

When you send a message, our secure AI service generates a response in seconds based on your message and character personality settings.

Does the AI remember my previous chats?

Yes. Your recent messages and preferences are stored securely on your device so the companion can recall the conversation context.

Can I create my own AI characters?

Yes! In the My Creation section of the app, you can create custom personas by choosing their name, personality, backstory, and avatar.

How do I clear or delete my chat history?

Open the conversation with any character, tap the options menu (⋮) in the top-right corner, and choose Clear Chat or Delete Conversation.

3. Privacy & Safety

Are my chats private?

Yes. Your conversations are private and sent over secure encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not sell your personal chat data to third parties, nor do we share your personal conversations for public AI training.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you encounter an inappropriate or offensive response:

• Long-press the message in the chat screen and select Report.
• Or email us at my.feedback@yahoo.com with details.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Is the app free to use?

Yes. You can chat and use core features for free. We also offer optional premium subscriptions and credits for ad-free chatting and enhanced features.

How are payments handled?

All purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through Google Play (or Apple App Store). We do not store or process your credit card information directly.

5. Account & Data Deletion

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account at any time:

1. In the App: Go to Account > tap Delete Account and confirm.
2. Online Portal: Visit our Account Deletion Portal, enter your email, and submit your request.

Once submitted, your account profile, saved settings, and cloud data will be permanently removed.
