1. How to Delete Your Account & Data

You have full control over your data. You can delete your conversations and all associated data at any time using either of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

  1. Open the Babita: Your AI Girlfriend app.
  2. Navigate to Account / Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account" or "Clear All Chats".
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

All local conversation histories, custom character personas, and cached data will be erased immediately from your device and our systems.

Method 2: Web / Email Request (No App Needed)

If you have uninstalled the App or cannot access your device:

2. What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed:

  • Permanently Deleted:
    • All chat histories, prompts, and conversation logs
    • Custom AI personas, bios, and created characters
    • Device preferences, local cache, and anonymous session identifiers
  • Retained (Legal & Compliance Only):
    • Anonymized purchase or transaction records strictly required for financial reporting, tax, and anti-fraud compliance
    • Aggregated, non-identifiable crash diagnostics (purged automatically within 90 days)

3. Important Note Regarding Subscriptions

[!IMPORTANT] Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does NOT cancel active subscriptions.
Recurring subscriptions are managed directly by Google Play or Apple App Store. To prevent renewal charges, please cancel your subscription through your store account settings.
