By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. Information We Collect

A) Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Profile & Preferences: Optional custom display name, avatar preferences, and character interest choices used for session personalization.
  • Chat Messages: Messages, prompts, and conversational inputs you exchange with AI companion characters within the App to generate dynamic conversations.
  • AI Character Photos and Images: Photos and images associated with AI characters are provided or generated by the Service as part of the companion experience. These are not personal photos uploaded or shared by users.
  • Transaction Information: Regarding any subscriptions or in-app items you purchase, all transactions are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store complete credit card or banking details.
  • Customer Support & Feedback: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us for support or submitting feedback.

B) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Hardware Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, app version, and system language to ensure technical compatibility and stability.
  • Advertising Identifiers: Where applicable and permitted, we collect advertising identifiers such as Google's Advertising ID (AD_ID) for advertising, attribution, and analytics measurement. You can reset or limit this identifier anytime in your Android device settings.
  • Usage & Diagnostic Data: Features used, session duration, in-app actions, network connection type, and crash stack traces (via Firebase Crashlytics) to diagnose errors and improve app performance.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: We and our service providers may use SDKs, installation identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the Services and evaluate performance.

C) Information We DO NOT Collect

To protect your privacy, we explicitly confirm that we do NOT:

  • Require or store passwords, email registrations, or phone numbers (the App uses guest/anonymous sessions).
  • Access or collect precise GPS location data.
  • Access your contact address book, SMS messages, or phone call logs.
  • Access your microphone or camera without your explicit permission.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI & Data Processing

Babita: Your AI Girlfriend uses advanced third-party artificial intelligence technologies to provide its interactive features:

  • Text & Inference Processing: Chat messages and recent conversation history are processed using cloud-based language models (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) to generate character responses.
  • Image Generation: Character photos and visual scenes are created using third-party AI image generation models.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your private chat messages or user prompts to train public foundation AI models.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your private conversation logs to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
  • Safety Moderation: Automated safety filters monitor and block prohibited content, including child exploitation material (CSAM - zero tolerance), self-harm, hate speech, threats, and non-consensual explicit material.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate industry-standard third-party services to operate and support the App:

  • Google Firebase & Google Cloud: Cloud Firestore, Firebase App Check, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Vertex AI. Firebase Privacy Policy.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Delivering banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google Ads Privacy Policy.
  • Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: In-app payment processing and subscription validation.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement reasonable, industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between the App, backend servers, and AI endpoints use TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
  • Encryption at Rest: Local cache and database entries are encrypted using industry-standard cryptographic methods.
  • App Integrity: We use Firebase App Check to ensure API requests originate exclusively from genuine, untampered app instances.

While we take robust precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, UI designs, artwork, character personalities, names, trademarks, and branding associated with Babita: Your AI Girlfriend are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to AppGen Studio or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our content or intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Children's Privacy

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services. Children under the age of 13 must first get legally binding parental or guardian consent before using the Services for any reason (both for themselves and on your behalf). Without such consent, we never knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. The characters in Babita: Your AI Girlfriend are fictional AI characters created for entertainment and interactive companionship. They are not real people, have no consciousness or real feelings, and their conversations are generated using AI.

  • Entertainment Only: The App is intended for recreational roleplay and is not intended for real-life dating, medical, or legal advice.
  • Medical & Crisis Disclaimer: The App is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, severe emotional crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please do not use this App and contact qualified healthcare professionals or emergency crisis services immediately.
